"One day Jesus asked his disciples for their loaves to help feed a crowd. Jesus took them, gave thanks to God, broke them and gave them...to the people. They all ate and had enough." Matthew 15: 35-37
Mother Theresa felt called by Jesus to help the poor, especially the children in India's slums. She began by using all the money she had to buy a small dirt-floor shack.
Today that shack has multiplied itself into over 100 schools and over 150 homes for dying people.
Mother Theresa gave her "loaves and fishes" to Jesus, and he multiplied them beyond her wildest dreams.
Yours are the only hands with which He can do His work... Yours are the only eyes through which His compassion can shine upon a troubled world. St. Theresa of Avila
