It is not true that, before your suffering and my suffering, God sat back on his throne commiserating with us from heaven.

He took definite steps towards us.

He became a man.

He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.

He suffered with us and for us.

After this revelation of His Son, God remained .......as if dumb, because He had nothing more to say. He had said it all............He showed us how much He loved us by sharing our suffering. ......So that we will not suffer....if we learn to live our suffering with Him.

Jesus did not come to remove suffering and difficulties. He did not come to do what you ought to do yourself. But His cross means that He is never far from you and He will give you the strength to face life in such a way that it will not destroy you, but build you up to real life....Eternal Life.
