There's a golden glow that surrounds us now.
It covers all the earth.
It protects us from unpleasantness,
and reminds us of our birth.
I seem to feel what others feel,
they know my thoughts as well.
I even hear the animals and
the stories that they tell.
Their tales go back two thousand years.
They all knew this would come.
We could've learned so much from them if
we hadn't been so numb.
But that is past, and now we have
the chance to do things right.
With open hearts and open eyes,
we need only trust the light.
