      • State whether your web site or representatives are responsible for the actions of third parties or the merchants, if any.
         
      • You should write a disclaimer about Limitation of Liability regarding services or products sold through your web site.
         
      • State whether linked sites are under the control of your web site.
         
      • State how to process any warranty claims of products or services provided by your web site.
         

    It is also important to state terms of use for services that you might have in your web site like:

      • Guest Book
      • Forums
      • Chat Rooms
      • Classified Ads
      • Electronic Greeting Cards
      • FFA's Link Page (Free Fall All) etc…


    This statement should contain all terms of use to your web site in order to serve as guidance to your site visitors. This can avoid unnecessary complaints or any other legal disputes.
